Qualifications/Requirements: 

• Masters Degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 10 years or more experience in a technical role, with at least 5 years experience leading technical teams in a technical organization.
• Strong familiarity with the organization’s core technologies: Chemical Process Systems dedicated to Biofuel Production, Alternate and Multi-Fuel Systems and Biomass to Energy Systems (Gasification, Digestion, Pyrolysis, Fermentation).
• Demonstrated experience in developing & managing operating budgets.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
